DIVERSITY AND ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Little Falls Theatre Company is a welcoming and inclusive theatre organization. We actively promote diversity and harmony through the exchange and exploration of cultural ideas.
We prioritize equity and fairness in all facets of organizational development and theatrical production, from staff development to ticketing. In content selection, casting, and staging, we strive to avoid cultural appropriation and exploitation. In fulfilling our educational mission, we actively engage and encourage participation among underrepresented, underserved, and marginalized populations.
As an equal-opportunity employer and organizer of volunteer contributions, we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender identity, marital status, religious viewpoint, or disability, nor do we discriminate on the basis of age except as regards age-appropriate casting and standards to protect minors from age-inappropriate content.
We welcome opportunities to improve our cultural sensitivity and to better serve underrepresented populations. Please tell us how we can improve!
